Netflix is one of the kings of streaming sites that have paved the way to the continuing downfall for traditional television viewing.
With each passing year, people are turning to the likes of Netflix, Hulu Plus, and Amazon Prime, among others to get their entertainment fix.
On Netflix in particular, now there are many, many T.V. Shows and movies to choose from, so much so that some gems can be harder to find than others.
My recommendation for this week is a mockumentary television series called American Vandal.
American Vandal takes a satirical spin on the episodic formula associated with true crime documentaries and popular true crime podcasts, with Netflix’s Making a Murderer and the podcast Serial serving as the main inspirations for the show’s first season.
American Vandal was created by Dan Perrault and Tony Yacenda.
The first season, which premiered on September 15, 2017, follows in the aftermath of a costly, absurd high school prank in which twenty-seven faculty cars were left defaced with spray-painted phallic imagery.
